IF YOU FAIL TO UPDATE THE CREDIT UNION OF A NEW ADDRESS (AND YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR CARD), YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE ANOTHER CARD ISSUED AND SENT TO YOU. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHARGE OUR MEMBERS, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP US UP TO DATE WITH CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION. THE CELL PHONE MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE BECAUSE WE SEND TEXT MESSAGES IF FRAUD IS SUSPECTED AND WE WANT YOU TO VERIFY IF THE CHARGE IS VALID OR FRAUD. Who is ready to play Trivia!!!
This year we will be playing Trivia for a chance to win some CASH! We will also have chances to buy strip tickets, 50/50 and a lottery basket. Proceeds benefit Suicide Prevention Task Force.
Two (3yr term) positions will be filled on the Board of Directors and Two (3yr term) positions will be filled on the Supervisory Committee. A brief description of each committee duty may be obtained from the credit union office.
Any credit union member interested in seeking office must contact the credit union to request a “Nomination Request”. This request will provide what is needed to be considered for the advertised positions. All required documents must be received back to the Nominating Committee by April 15, 2024. The desire to serve others and contribute in a capacity of doing what is best for the organization and the membership is of utmost importance to this committee.
2023 DONATION - ORPHANS OF THE STORM
Moonlight Credit Union held fundraisers throughout the year raising money for their charity of choice for 2023. The credit union purchased $373.04 in food and supplies and collected donations which were delivered in August to Orphans of the Storm when they experienced a terrible flood at the shelter. Supplies were needed to clean up the mess and there was a need to replace lost food, supplies, bedding, etc.. The credit union delivered the supplies in August and then delivered a check in January in the amount of $2,281.22. The total donation to the shelter was $2,654.26.
